Massage Therapy

Swedish: Relieve stress and tension with this all over body massage. Pressure is applied but in a mild application.

Deep Tissue: Ideal for soreness, stress, knotting of the muscles. Ideal for those with fibromyalgia rehabilitation, athletic injuries, shoulder problems, etc. More pressure is applied than for a Swedish.

Cupping: A painless and noninvasive treatment for quick relief. Increase blood and lymphatic circulation, relax muscle tissue and release pain causing factors. Cupping is a process in which a vacuum is created on the skin.                                              $40

Warm Bamboo:  A technique for anyone wanting a relaxing spa massage or some serious deep-tissue bodywork. Warmed pieces of compressed bamboo are used to work the tension out of each muscle. Different styles like Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, or neuromuscular therapy are used to stretch and compress the muscle and tissue. $70

Reflexology Lymph Drainage (RLD):  Reflexology Lymph Drainage RLD, an award-winning Reflexology technique created by Sally Kay BSc(Hons), focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. As with MLD (Manual Lymph Drainage massage) the aim of RLD is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body.

A great advantage of RLD is that only the feet and/or hands are worked avoiding direct touch to the affected area which may be painful. It is also deeply relaxing.
